Can I make a purchase on dennettsfurniture.co.uk?

Sorry, no. Dennetts Furniture website is a brochure site only, but you can order by telephone or email.

Is there more furniture available in store?

Yes. We always endeavour to have all the stock photographed and featured on the website but sometimes this is easier said than done because we are always updating our stock.  Fabrics are always changing so there will be more options in the shop.

How long will I wait for my furniture to arrive?

Items that are in stock are available for immediate delivery.  If you would like to make any changes or adaptions, delivery may take longer. 

Am I eligible for zero-rated VAT?

Dennetts riser recliner chairs and adjustable beds can be sold VAT free providing you have a disability or condition which entitles you to VAT exemption. We will require a description of your ailment or disability and your signature. We take care of the rest. For any queries regarding your eligibility, please call us on 0121 706 1577.

Can I order fabric samples?

Yes, we can arrange for fabric samples to be sent directly to your home address.

Can I order extra material?

No problem at all, we sell it by the metre.

What happens after my guarantee period is over, will Dennetts help?

Yes of course we can. Dennetts believes once a customer, always a customer. Please just pick up the phone and we can arrange things from there.

Does my furniture come with a guarantee?

All furniture bought from Dennetts comes with excellent guarantees. Please check at the time of ordering.

For further reassurance we offer a 5 YEAR GUARANTEE on all Recliner and Adjustable Bed actions, frames,  electric motors and all remaining electrical parts. These cover all defects in workmanship and materials providing the furniture has been used in the correct way.

Are your delivery team careful?

Of course! All part of our exceptional service. Our two-man team will take away all rubbish, assemble anything that needs putting together, and leave you with a great looking room. Sofas and chairs are carefully wrapped in our own quilted bags for their protection, and all our furniture is wrapped accordingly.

When do you deliver?

Dennetts will deliver when it suits you. We can arrange morning or afternoon deliveries, and can call you if needed before we leave the shop. We only deliver by arrangement. If you require a specific time for delivery please ask.

How much do you charge for delivery?

We only charge a small amount and try to keep all charges as low as possible.

What happens if my furniture is damaged?

All furniture is checked before it leaves the shop for delivery. In the unlikely event that damage occurs, this will be sorted immediately.

When does my guarantee start?

Your guarantee starts on the day of delivery. Please keep your invoice safe so you can call us with your details if you have any concerns or problems. We are always here to help.

Will Dennetts take away my old furniture?

Please feel free to ask about this.  Special arrangements can be made upon request. 

Can I pay on delivery?

Yes. When you order, pay your deposit, then pay the balance on delivery with your credit or debit card, cheque or cash. We believe the traditional way is the best way!

What is the normal payment method?

Cheques, credit and debit cards and cash are all accepted.

Is there a charge for credit cards?

No, there are no additional charges.

Where can I write a review?

Writing a review is a great way to share your knowledge. Customers love to hear about real life experiences and opinions as they really help in the decision making process. After all, having bought and used the product, you are the expert.
